📄 QATRE DRESS – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. DELIVERY PROCESS

At Qatre Dress, our priority is to deliver your orders quickly and securely.

  • Your orders will be handed over to the shipping company within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Deliveries throughout Türkiye are made through our contracted shipping companies (e.g., MNG Kargo and Yurtiçi Kargo).

  • Delivery may take between 1 and 5 business days, depending on your address.

2. SHIPPING FEES

  • Shipping is free for orders of TRY 750 or more.

  • For orders below this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee will be automatically added on the cart page.

3. SHIPMENT TRACKING

  • Once your order has been shipped, a shipment tracking number will be sent to you via SMS and/or email.

  • You can easily track your order on the relevant shipping company’s website using this number.

  • If you are logged into your account, you can also check your shipment status under the “My Orders” section.

4. ADDRESS AND DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Delivery will be made to the address provided by you during checkout.

  • Our company is not responsible for delays caused by an incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect address.

  • If the recipient is not available at the specified address at the time of delivery, the shipping company may attempt delivery again or hold the package at the nearest branch.

5. SHIPPING DAMAGE AND DAMAGE REPORT

  • If you notice any tears, crushing, opening, or other damage to the package’s outer packaging during delivery:
    🔸 Ask the courier to prepare a “Damage Assessment Report” while they are present.
    🔸 Products delivered in damaged condition must be returned together with this report.
    🔸 Damage claims submitted without a report may not be processed.

6. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  • We currently provide delivery within Türkiye only.

7. DELIVERY DELAYS

  • Delivery times may be extended due to severe weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances caused by the shipping company.
